My name is Shelly, and together with my husband Jay, we embarked on a life-changing journey that combined our love for yoga with our passion for travel. It all began when I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Denver, Colorado. Since then, yoga has been the driving force in both our lives, guiding us on a path of self-discovery and transformation.
Our story led us to the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, India, where we immersed ourselves in the practice and culture. Falling in love each other but also with the people and places we encountered, we knew that our mission was to share the transformative power of yoga with the world.
From facilitating yoga retreats in Colorado to exploring breathtaking retreat locations in Jamaica, Costa Rica, Mexico, and beyond, we realized that yoga wasn’t as accessible everywhere. This revelation ignited the idea for Resort Pro International, a platform to connect passionate yoga teachers with luxury resorts, creating an unforgettable experience for both guests and instructors.
Our commitment is not just to offer a platform, but to build a community that empowers and supports teachers in their career journey. We provide valuable teaching assets, forums for continuous learning, and a streamlined platform designed by teachers, for teachers.
As we grow, we remain steadfast in our dedication to giving back to the communities we serve. Our passion for empowering women has led us to support local charity groups and non-profits that uplift minorities.
